3. Products, Pricing & Accuracy

  • Currency & VAT: All prices displayed on our store are listed in South African Rand (ZAR / R). Prices include or exclude VAT as specified at checkout.

  • Errors & Omissions: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.

4. Billing, Payment & Order Acceptance

  • Payment Gateways: We support secure local payment options, including Credit/Debit Cards and Instant EFT via third-party processors (PayFast / Ozow). By submitting payment information, you authorize our third-party processors to charge the specified amount.

  • Order Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

  • Standard nationwide doorstep delivery across South Africa is R99 (Free for orders over R1,000), with estimated transit times of 8 to 11 business days following order processing.

  • Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery of the package to your provided shipping address.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Purchases are subject to our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Return Policy.

  • In compliance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you are entitled to return defective goods for a repair, replacement, or refund within statutory guidelines, provided notice is given promptly upon discovery of the fault.

7. Product Use & Limitation of Liability

  • Intended Usage: APEX MAG™ phone mounts utilize high-strength magnets (N52-grade) designed for attachment to ferrous metallic gym equipment (e.g., squat racks, rig posts).

  • User Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring the magnetic mount is fully engaged with a clean, flat metallic surface prior to mounting a device. APEX MAG™ is not liable for device damage, property damage, or personal injury resulting from improper attachment, drop impact from unverified surfaces, extreme physical force beyond product specifications, or misuse.

  • Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, APEX MAG™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content included on this website—including text, graphic logos, iconography, product photography, video clips, and digital downloads—is the exclusive property of APEX MAG™ or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy & Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)

  • Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
